What do we mean by content processing?
Within every website package we process the texts, images, prices, opening hours, contact details and other content you supply to us in good time and well organised. The maximum number of pages and the level of text improvement differ per package.
Starter
You supply final texts and suitable images. We place and present them within the agreed pages.
Plus
You supply the substance. We improve the texts for clarity, structure, tone of voice and conversion before we place them.
Custom
Larger volumes of content, additional languages or extensive migration are agreed up front and recorded in the proposal.
MiSo can improve and structure texts, but substantive input about your business, services, prices, terms, expertise and claims must always be supplied and approved by the client. Extensive interviews, full market research, extensive SEO copywriting, translations and large volumes of new content are not automatically included in the package.
Clear scope. No surprises.
Before we start we record the pages, functionality, integrations, content and revision rounds. Work outside that agreed scope is only carried out after we've discussed it with you.
Work outside the chosen package: €79 per hour.
For work expected to take more than one hour, you receive an estimate in advance and we ask for your approval first.
A package is only final once the scope has been recorded and confirmed together in writing.

Yes. The level of content support depends on your selected package. With Starter, you provide final content and we place and present it on the website. With Plus, we can improve supplied texts for clarity, structure, tone of voice and conversion as part of the agreed scope. For Custom projects, larger content volumes, migrations, additional languages or more extensive content work can be agreed separately. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, extensive copywriting, interviews, market research, translations or large-scale content creation are not automatically included.
